G5 Tek Solutions is a woman owned business established by Teri Whitfield in 2008 to provide the Optimum field service solutions for public access and correction communication programs. Teri has over 20 years experience with Advanced Telecommunications, Phillips and Brooks/Gladwin and Value Added Communications.  

With her familiarity of the product and service aspects of this industry, she recognized a need for more comprehensive and cost effective field service solutions.  Strong client relationships have also helped her to define many opportunities in the areas of customer support, field service and cost savings.  She has put together a wonderful team to accomplish the goals of our clients.
